Cancellation Policy

Rental Agreement for Slumberpod This Rental Agreement is made and entered into on [Date] by and between Sleep Harmony and [Client's Name]. Rental Terms: Rental Item: Slumberpod Rental Rate: $12 per day Minimum Rental Period: 2 days Damage Deposit: $250 (refundable upon return of the Slumberpod in good condition) Pickup and Drop-off: The Renter is responsible for picking up and dropping off the Slumberpod. Service Area: This rental agreement is valid for residents of Oakville and Burlington only. Terms and Conditions: The Renter agrees to use the Slumberpod in a careful and proper manner. The Renter shall be responsible for any damage to the Slumberpod during the rental period, and the deposit will not be returned. The damage deposit will only be refunded upon return of the Slumberpod in good condition. The Owner is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of the use of the Slumberpod. The Renter agrees to return the Slumberpod on the agreed-upon date and time. Failure to do so may result in additional rental charges. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and no changes or modifications shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
